Grampian, Pennsylvania is a small borough located in Clearfield County in central Pennsylvania. As of the 2010 census, Grampian had a population of just over 390 residents. The borough is situated at the intersection of U.S. Route 219 and Pennsylvania Route 879.

Grampian was founded in 1868 and was named after the Grampian Mountains in Scotland. The town was originally a stop along the Pennsylvania Railroad, which helped spur its development.
